Five nights. The sound of waterfalls, the smell of fresh jungle air, the feeling of no where to be and no one that needs you. This is where you put yourself first... unapologetically, completely, and without a single thing left to do but be.
- Breathwork, somatic practices, and intentional ritual
- Daily circles, ceremonies, and movement
- One off-site adventure and one dinner out together
- Juicy unstructured downtime... swim, nap, wander, stare at the sky
- Three meals a day prepared by a private chef and her mom (the food is l 5-star and they are the most adorable humans). No planning, no cooking, no cleaning
- Slow mornings and spacious days... nowhere to be, nothing to prove
- A private photographer capturing your experience because you deserve to be in the photos and not just take them
“I’ve been to retreats before, but this was different. I feel like I’ve reconnected with a version of myself I thought was lost forever. Hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”

We all carry sisterhood wounds we don't know we have. Old betrayals, quiet competitions, the loneliness of feeling unseen by other women. What happens in circle at these retreats is something different. Women mending parts of each other's hearts that they didn't break. It happens every single time.

Luxury isn't indulgence for indulgence's sake. When your body is comfortable, well-nourished, and held in a beautiful space something in you softens. Guards come down. Things become possible that weren't possible before. Luxury is the container that makes everything else work.
Maybe you know exactly what you're coming to work through. Maybe you're just following a quiet pull you can't quite name yet. Either way, you won't leave the same. This isn't just a trip that feels really f*cking good ... though it's absolutely that too. It's designed to go deeper.
SHIIIIIIIT you are in for a TREAT!! 1000% go to one of Diane’s retreats. Her wise leadership and intuitive healing energy left me feeling so seen, so heard, and so held over the five days we spent together. When she says luxury girls trip meets deep healing... she means it.
Most women arrive not knowing what to expect. Some come thinking they're just taking a nice trip. Some come knowing they need something but couldn't tell you what.
What surprises them every time is this: you don't have to know why you're here for it to work.
There's no fluff here (or in any of the work I do with women). No filler activities to make the schedule feel full. What's here is here because it creates real change and what's not here is missing on purpose. Everything is part of the medicine.
Women have left this retreat having healed wounds they didn't know they had. Remembered passions they had forgotten. Heard how other people see them... and genuinely been changed by it. Felt unconditionally loved by women they met five days earlier.
The schedule is so very intentional but never rigid. There's dancing. There's ceremony. There's food that makes you close your eyes. There's a closing circle that women say they wish they could go back and record because it meant that much.
It's not like other retreats and you'll see exactly why after our 5 nights together.
I believe with my entire being that world peace begins with inner peace and I am on a mission to help as many women as possible find her own inner peace and know how to come back to it no matter how insane life gets.
When a woman finds calm in her body, she changes everything around her. Her home softens. Her relationships deepen. Her leadership expands. Her kids feel it. Her partner feels it. The whole room feels it.
Women gathering in sisterhood is medicine. It's not something we should have to earn or justify. It should be standard. Because this healing isn't just for us. It's for our families, our communities, and the world.
Our journey is about remembering who you are before the conditioning, the roles, the pressure, the years of putting everyone else first. It's a return to your rhythm. A reconnection to your power. A long, slow exhale into the life your body has been quietly asking for.
I'm a somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, and nervous system educator. I blend neuroplasticity, somatic experiencing, and subconscious reprogramming into an approach that actually lands in your body and not just your head. Through 1:1 mentorship, group programs, and retreats like this one, I guide women back to peace in their bodies, clarity in their minds, and presence in their lives.
This retreat is an extension of that work. And I cannot wait to hold space for you in the jungle.
