Somatic practices are the “get out of your head and into your body” tools that actually shift how you feel... not just how you think.

They’re the body-based techniques that help you release tension, rewire stress patterns, and build real nervous system safety so you stop defaulting to overwhelm, overthinking, and old survival responses.

Think of them as the difference between knowing you should feel calm and being able to feel calm on demand.

Somatic practices can include things like:
• Breathwork that signals your body you’re safe
• Nervous-system resets that interrupt spirals
• Grounding exercises that bring you back into the present moment

• Touch - or sensation-based practices that anchor safety

What are somatic practices?

There are three live calls per month. Our call times vary days and times. The full schedule is sent prior to the program start date. 

All live calls are recorded and available in your portal so if you have to miss one, you wont miss any content. 

When are the live calls?

To be honest, my own journey here wasn’t exactly smooth

For years, I felt stuck in patterns, even though I’d done all the work. therapy, self-help books, journaling - you name it. I could trace triggers back to their roots and intellectualize why I was the way I was, but when it came to shifting my reactions, my beliefs, or my habits, I felt completely lost

I didn’t trust myself, even though I desperately wanted to (and said that I did). I overthought decisions, replayed conversations, and lived in a constant state of hyper-vigilance

My nervous system was always on high alert, and while I could hold it together for everyone else, I was running on fumes

On top of that, I had no idea how to actually be in my body. stillness felt foreign. I kept pushing through, thinking that once I accomplished that goal or got to that level, I’d finally feel free.

My freedom never came from “doing” it came from learning how to simply be. in life. in my body. in my wisdom. every reaction, every overthinking spiral, every feeling of being stuck... it all made sense when I looked at it through the lens of my body

That’s when everything began to shift

I learned how to listen to what my body was telling me instead of ignoring it. I stopped numbing out and started tuning in. I gave myself the tools to feel safe in my own skin, to trust my intuition, and to create a life that actually felt good... instead of just looking good
